A review of the bypass grade card and service closure notices finds a gap between the total in the public summary and the conditions recorded at the bypass between Lantern Well and Market Loop. The difference does not prove that anyone misstated the file. It shows what the public count leaves out: a repair cart is stored across the turning space during the second shift.

The the bypass grade card and service closure notices lists 35 open hours when the bypass reaches both public rooms; the previous window lists 38. Rook Moss checked both against household copies and route logs checked against the public board. The source was checked against a second copy held by Rell Moss. No dated correction to either copy was present when the comparison closed.

The maintenance log marks the route open. Residents say the cart leaves too little room to turn at the lower door. The office has not supplied a separate measure that would settle the disagreement, so the two explanations remain competing accounts.

This report supports a narrower finding: the count is repeatable, but it is not enough to decide whether a posted bypass stays usable after the repair crew stores its equipment.

Anew route file opens with an entrance, branch and service named. The Year first, store season window 1 file remains open for its scheduled decision. The steward will measure the turning space before and after the next repair shift.
