A review of route cards, class start marks and branch closure notices finds a gap between the total in the public summary and the conditions recorded at the route from North Entry to Moss School. The difference does not prove that anyone misstated the file. It shows what the public count leaves out: the shortest route passes a repair gate before the first bell.

The route cards, class start marks and branch closure notices lists 98 open school routes with a second marked branch; the previous window lists 95. Tikka Reed checked both against walk-through notes from every branch paired with the posted passage map. The source was checked against a second copy held by Tikka Reed. No dated correction to either copy was present when the comparison closed.

The route office counts the main branch. Families ask for a second route on the same morning notice. The office has not supplied a separate measure that would settle the disagreement, so the two explanations remain competing accounts.

This report supports a narrower finding: the count is repeatable, but it is not enough to decide how pupils can reach class when the usual branch closes for a repair.

The table records the result and the branches included in the decision. The board recorded the outcome that it adopted a marked route trial with a resident review date.
