A review of the draw board and readings kept by three connected rooms finds a gap between the total in the public summary and the conditions recorded at the cistern at Lantern Well. The difference does not prove that anyone misstated the file. It shows what the public count leaves out: the nearest room fills before the far branch opens.
The the draw board and readings kept by three connected rooms lists 75 draw turns recorded at each branch connection; the previous window lists 81. Rook Moss checked both against household copies and route logs checked against the public board. The source was checked against a second copy held by Rook Moss. No dated correction to either copy was present when the comparison closed.
The cistern keeper counts one release. The far branch residents say their turn begins after the near room has closed its valve. The office has not supplied a separate measure that would settle the disagreement, so the two explanations remain competing accounts.
This report supports a narrower finding: the count is repeatable, but it is not enough to decide how a shared cistern turn is measured at the branch that fills last.
The board publishes two route options with access and repair limits stated. The Year fourth, store season window 2 file remains open for its scheduled decision. The draw board will show start and end marks at each branch valve.
