The Lantern Well board will show start and end marks at the near and far branch valves after residents said one release count hid when the last room received water.

Water delegate Rook Moss said the existing board records the cistern draw. It does not distinguish a turn that reaches the first room from one that reaches the final branch after a valve closes upstream.

The new marks will be tested during the next store season. The keeper will record the same release at both valves and leave the old shared count on the card for comparison.

The review ends after a complete rotation. If the paired reading changes how turns are assigned, the board must identify the new rule and the date it begins.

The water board closed this docket by adopting paired marks at both branch valves for the next allocation window. The shared count stays on the card for comparison.
