A review of stall leases, turn schedules and the shared storage ledger finds a gap between the total in the public summary and the conditions recorded at the market pocket at Three Roots Junction. The difference does not prove that anyone misstated the file. It shows what the public count leaves out: two stalls share one dry shelf during the first seep.
The stall leases, turn schedules and the shared storage ledger lists 32 leases with a storage turn visible on both copies; the previous window lists 38. Rook Moss checked both against household copies and route logs checked against the public board. The source was checked against a second copy held by Kip Copper. No dated correction to either copy was present when the comparison closed.
The market board lists the stall turn. Sellers want the shared shelf turn on the same copy. The office has not supplied a separate measure that would settle the disagreement, so the two explanations remain competing accounts.
This report supports a narrower finding: the count is repeatable, but it is not enough to decide how sellers can plan stock when a shared storage turn changes.
Afield walk checks the route from entry point to final branch. The Year second, first seep window 3 file remains open for its scheduled decision. The clerk will attach the storage rotation to the next lease copy.
